Karen Trop has a BA in Art History from Bennington College and received her MLIS from Simmons University. As CNAIR's Reference Archivist, she helps promote access to the Native American and Indigenous collections at APS. She has previously worked in archival public services at Houghton Library, Harvard University and Northeastern University's Archives and Special Collections. As a former radio broadcaster, she has had the immense privilege of living and reporting in rural and remote Alaska for four years.
