Inks on paper

Many scientists, including Albert Einstein (APS 1930), feared the catastrophic consequences of nuclear war. As founder of the Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists, Einstein wrote many letters like this one urging fellow scientists to promote peaceful solutions to international conflict.
