Join the American Philosophical Society’s Library & Museum (APS) and Independence National Historical Park (INHP) for this Educator Workshop on Thursday, May 12.

"Franklin and Science, Two Ways" will be a workshop focused on the scientific works, and networks, of this founding father. Throughout the afternoon, APS staff will share an updated interpretation of Franklin and science. Independence National Historical Park rangers will provide behind-the-scenes tours of Independence Hall and its connection to the theme.
Educators can expect to leave with resources to incorporate lessons learned from the workshop into their classroom. The free workshop includes light dinner, parking reimbursement, and access to new digital resources.
It will take place in Philosophical Hall, located at 104 S. 5th Street.
