Join us on Sunday, October 13th for the APS Museum’s Family Fun Day! This free program will take place from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Jefferson Garden, located at 105 South 5th Street.  

Channel your inner naturalist in a variety of activities as we welcome the fall weather and celebrate the last few months of the Sketching Splendor: American Natural History, 1750-1850 exhibition.

There will be hands-on activities, games, and snacks* for the whole family. Visitors are welcome to stop for any amount of time throughout the program.  

Stop by to meet and draw with illustrator Kate Garchinsky. Activities for the whole family brought to you by the American Philosophical Society, Wyck Historic House, the Independence National Historical Park, Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University (from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.), and the Museum for Art in Wood. 

This free family friendly event is appropriate for guests of all ages. The exhibition Sketching Splendor: American Natural History, 1750-1850, located across the street in Philosophical Hall, will be open throughout the program.

APS merchandise will be on sale in the Garden while supplies last.
